Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard has a ‘done deal’ with Real Madrid, according to L’Equipe journalist Frederic Hermel. The report claims that Chelsea are willing to sell the Belgian attacker if the right price was met and Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is a big admirer of the Belgian’s game.
Hazard has lost his brilliant form of last season which won him the Best EPL player award from the very start of this season as he struggled to keep the momentum going. Also, the Belgian had fitness issues that further derailed his performances. Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho warned Hazard to find his form sooner, but the Belgian did not and that played a part in Jose Mourinho’s sack later.
Real Madrid are looking for some attacking inspirations as they are without a La Liga title ever since 2012. The club’s high profile players Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Karim Benzema all are suffering from continuous fitness issues and attacking midfielder Isco Alarcon has not proved his talent to convince the Blancos. With Christiano Ronaldo not in his best form, the Blancos already lost their La Liga hunt with 10 games yet to play. Arch-rivals Barcelona are 12 points ahead of Real Madrid in the La Liga title race.
As usual, Real Madrid are in the market to find a solution and they identified Eden Hazard as their best pick to replace either one of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale or James Rodriguez among whom one player will be forced to leave the club in the summer to accommodate Eden Hazard. Also, Zidane’s admiration for Eden Hazard makes the things very simple for Florentino Perez.
The French journalist Frederic Hermel says Eden Hazard has a ‘done deal’ with Real Madrid who can be believed considering the current situations of the teams involved and the player’s. Eden Hazard is reported unsettled at Chelsea according to some English papers and the player’s attitude on the field and his continuous struggles keep the transfer rumour hot.
