Robin Gurung: 22 years old Robin plays both as Right Back and Left Back. As per career he has played for ONGC and Shillong Lajong. Last year he appeared in 11 matches for North East United FC and got appreaciated for his excellent one-on-one defense.
Boithang Haokip: known as the “David Beckham of the North East” for his accurate and stylish free kicks, Boithang is a 24 years old central midfielder. He is consistent with the team Shillong Lajong from his youth career. He has been voted the “Fan’s Player of the Season” during the FPAI Indian Football Awards.
Rehnesh TP: Rehnesh is the Goalkeeper for I-League club Shillong Lajong. He has played for the teams ONGC, Rangdajied United and Shillong Lajong. Last year he appeared in 12 matches of North East United FC.
Aiborlang Khongjee: 27 years old defender who is currently playing for club Shillong Lajong has become part of Indian national team from 2013. He has also played for East Bengal and Mohun Bagan. He is good in his tackle and has accuracy in delivering long balls; he earned his first international cap against the Philippines in Nov 2013.
Alen Deory: 19 years old winger who appeared in ISL 2014 For 5 matches. He is the youngest plkayer to apper in ISL season 1. Alen Deory exhibits good speed and dribbling quality. He went to IMG Academy in the United States for 2 years and also took part in the Nike All Asia Camp and was selected to join the All-Star squad in Australia.

New Signings of North East United FC for ISL 2
Here are the new signings of North East United FC for ISL 2.
Holicharn Narzary: this 21 years old striker plays for Dempo. He is one of the emerging footballers of India who will start his ISL career with North East United FC for ISL 2.
Sanju Pradhan: Sanju Pradhan is a product of the Sikkim government’s ‘Search for more Baichung Bhutias’ scheme. This 25 years old winger currently playing for Salgaocar, he has joined the Indian national team in 2012. He has also played for East BENGAL and Dempo. Last year Sanju played for the Atletico de Kolkata in ISL 1.
The ISL is becoming the new sensation of Indian football lovers. The excitement of ISL was quite remarkable in its’ inaugurating year.
