Bayer Leverkusen fullback Wendell Nascimento Borges, popularly known as ‘Wendell’ is flattered by the interest from Spanish giants Real Madrid and revealed that he would even walk his way ti join the Spanish capital side. Real Madrid are reportedly asked Leverkusen about the situation of the Brazilian as they are long due of a deputy left back.

Wendell who has been impressive for Bayern 04 this season is considered as one of the brightest young fullbacks in the world, particularly one of the best possible replacements available for Real Madrid star Marcelo. Real Madrid are looking for a backup left back who can play while Marcelo is unavailable or to give some more rest to the Brazilian international.

Wendell Bayer

The Spanish giants did not sign any specialist Left backs in the last two transfer windows as then manager Rafa Benitez thought only Alvaro Arbeloa and Danilo are enough to backup Marcelo. But injuries to both of Real Madrid’s fullbacks Carvajal and Marcelo coupled with Arbeloa’s worst form has left Real Madrid longing for a specialist fullback. Madrid sold Portugal international Fabio Coentrao but did not sign any replacements.

It is reported that manager Zinedine Zidane is impressed by young Brazilian Wendell’s performances for Bayer Leverkusen this season and has contacted the German club to sign the player. Real Madrid’s right-back Daniel Carvajal is also a former Bayer Leverkusen player who is vital for Real Madrid since his return to the Spanish capital. Carvajal’s success with Real Madrid further motivates Wendell who aims to follow the footprints of Roberto Carlos and Marcelo at the Santiago Bernabeu.

“Any player in the world, regardless of their nationality, dreams about playing for Real Madrid. Marcelo is an idol and a reference; Roberto Carlos, a legend – an icon; it would be a wonderful challenge to continue the tradition of Brazilian players at such a historic club.”

“An honor to be Marcelo’s deputy – he’s been the best left-back in the world for the past five years,” explained Wendell Nascimento Borges.

According to reports from Germany, French champions Paris Saint-Germain tried to sign the Brazilian in the winter transfer window for a fee around 20m Euros which the German side rejected. The player’s agent confirmed that several European top clubs are after his client who did not comment anything special about Real Madrid’s interest. The price tag on the player is expected to be around 35m Euros and Real Madrid should fight a battle with some of the other European powerhouses to sign the player if the reports are to be believed.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is impressed by Juventus striker Alvaro Morata’s performances this season and has reportedly had talks with the player’s representatives over a summer transfer. The transfer money is expected to be around £50million.

Arsenal are struggling for a scoring striker for a long time ever since Robin van Persie left the club and now, Arsene Wenger has identified Alvaro Morata as the perfect fit according to reports. Though Arsenal have Oliver Giroud who has scored 20 goals in all competitions this season, Arsenal are not in the favorites list of any of the major honors like English Premier League and Champions League.

Giroud started the season in fine form but the French man lost his touch after the first part of the season which is affecting the Gunners dearly up front. Wenger is once again losing the EPL title race despite starting the season stronger than ever. Reports suggest that Wenger has decided to spend as much as £50million on Alvaro Morata for whom Real Madrid has a buy-back offer.

Arsenal vs Liverpool Match Review 4 April

The Blancos off-loaded their academy Graduate to Juventus two years back, but they included a buy-back offer which can be used in the summer transfer window. Real Madrid is also keen on the player as they are searching for a deputy to French striker Karim Benzema. New manager Zinedine Zidane has shown utmost belief in academy players ever since he took over the reigns from Rafa Benitez and it is said that the French man will activate Morata’s buy-back clause in the summer.

Morata has scored just 8 goals for Juventus in all competitions this season, but he is one of the vital players for Allegri’s men this season. Along with Paulo Dybala, Morata has formed an impressive strike partnership which is considered as one of the best in Europe. Arsenal are also behind PSG striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic who is reportedly preparing himself for a move to the Emirates.

Whether Wenger will sanction £50million for a player is not a guarantee, but considering Arsenal’s sufferings this season it will not be a surprise if he does spend huge money to bolster his squad in the summer transfer window.

Chelsea attacker Eden Hazard has a ‘done deal’ with Real Madrid, according to L’Equipe journalist Frederic Hermel. The report claims that Chelsea are willing to sell the Belgian attacker if the right price was met and Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is a big admirer of the Belgian’s game.

Hazard has lost his brilliant form of last season which won him the Best EPL player award from the very start of this season as he struggled to keep the momentum going. Also, the Belgian had fitness issues that further derailed his performances. Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho warned Hazard to find his form sooner, but the Belgian did not and that played a part in Jose Mourinho’s sack later.

All teams want to defeat Chelsea, says Chelsea star Eden Hazard
All teams want to defeat Chelsea, says Chelsea star Eden Hazard

Real Madrid are looking for some attacking inspirations as they are without a La Liga title ever since 2012. The club’s high profile players Gareth Bale, James Rodriguez and Karim Benzema all are suffering from continuous fitness issues and attacking midfielder Isco Alarcon has not proved his talent to convince the Blancos. With Christiano Ronaldo not in his best form, the Blancos already lost their La Liga hunt with 10 games yet to play. Arch-rivals Barcelona are 12 points ahead of Real Madrid in the La Liga title race.

As usual, Real Madrid are in the market to find a solution and they identified Eden Hazard as their best pick to replace either one of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale or James Rodriguez among whom one player will be forced to leave the club in the summer to accommodate Eden Hazard. Also, Zidane’s admiration for Eden Hazard makes the things very simple for Florentino Perez.

The French journalist Frederic Hermel says Eden Hazard has a ‘done deal’ with Real Madrid who can be believed considering the current situations of the teams involved and the player’s. Eden Hazard is reported unsettled at Chelsea according to some English papers and the player’s attitude on the field and his continuous struggles keep the transfer rumour hot.

Real Madrid to sell 10 first-team players which may include club’s all-time leading goalscorer Cristiano Ronaldo and club Captain Sergio Ramos, reports Sport. Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has decided to offload the under performing players and the ones who have more influence on the team than him to keep the team’s harmony safe.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos both have asked the club to leave and are seeking a move away from the Spanish capital. Ronaldo and Ramos share a pretty good relationship and are good friends off the field. Ramos almost quit Real Madrid last summer, but a new contract fulfilled his wishes and he earned the armband from Iker Casillas which made him change his mindset. Ronald is not a new player to be linked with a transfer away from the Santiago Bernabeu and, this time, it may take place since the player’s performances have taken a setback after the La Decima win.

The report claims Real Madrid will sell Cristiano Ronaldo if an offer around €60 million was made and the price tag on Sergio Ramos is set to be in between €20-25 million. Sergio Ramos is believed to have submitted a transfer request and that’s the reason for his very low transfer fee.

Real Madrid to sell 10 first-team players including Cristiano Ronaldo and Sergio Ramos, reports.

James Rodriguez, Isco Alarcon, Alvero Arbeloa, Pepe, Danilo, Casemiro, Jese Rodriguez are the other players who will be sold in the summer according to the report. Real Madrid are already out of Copa del Ray and their chances of winning the Primera Division this year is a lost dream. Champions League is the only possible trophy that is available for the Los Blancos this season and it is believed that Zinedine Zidane will be sacked if he fails to win the UCL. Toni Kroos will also be made available, claims the report.

Real Madrid to sell 10 first-team players, reports.

Real Madrid may have lost the two competitions, but it’s the Champions League which decides the Los Galacticos’ season in which they are still fighting and are one of the favorites to clinch the title as usual. Also, Real Madrid are never a selling club and selling 10 first-team players is more like a squad overhaul which may not take place at Real Madrid since they are just starting to settle after Zidane took over from Rafa Benitez.

We may see a no.of player leaving Real Madrid and some new ‘buys’, but a squad overhaul is very unlikely to happen especially with Zinedine Zidane under whom the Blancos look happier and show more desire to win.

Manchester United and Chelsea chase Icardi

The Premier League giants have identified Mauro Icardi as their primary striker for next season and are reportedly in pursuit to sign the Argentine forward. The former Barcelona youth player has been in good form for Internazionale this season, scoring 11 goals in 23 appearances so far.

The Premier League Champions Chelsea already chased the player last summer, but nothing materialised and Icardi stayed put. Manchester United are searching for a forward ever since Robin van Persie left the club and signed Anthony Martial in the summer. But the things have not changed much for the Old Trafford side as club captain Wayne Rooney lost his touch which leads them to chase after strikers once again.

Jose Mourinho who showed interest on Icardi when he was at Chelsea is reportedly the next manager to take over Manchester United and it is expected that he will resume his chase for the Argentine as soon as he joins United. Chelsea are looking for a replacement for injury-prone Radamel Falcao who will leave the club at the end of the season and the Londoners did not trust Loic Remy who is also expected to leave the club.

Manchester United and Chelsea chase Icardi of Inter Milan

Chelsea forward Diego Costa is also not 100% settled with life at London and may seek a move to his former club Atletico Madrid in the summer and the Spanish side is also keen for a reunion. Mauro Icardi can fulfill the needs of both the teams but the player has no idea of leaving the Italian side if they qualify for the Champions League this season.

“Now we must aim for third place to reach our objective and return to playing in Europe.”

“I want to stay here and win with this jersey. I am the captain and I want to do great things with Inter,” told Icardi before the important game against Serie A defending champions Juventus.

Chelsea’s chances of making it to the Champions League next season is very slim and Manchester United are so inconsistent that they may slip from the Top 4 in the last minutes. From Icardi’s words, it is pretty clear that the player wants Champions League football and the Premier League sides will find it difficult to lure the player if they fail to progress.

Pep Guardiola will try to lure defender Marcelo Vieira from Real Madrid once he took over the job at Etihad, according to The Guardian.

Pep Guardiola is the nest manager to take over Manchester City and the club have very high hopes on the Spaniard who has achieved big things at Barcelona and Bayern Munich. The former Barcelona man has signed a deal to be the next Manchester City manager, replacing Manuel Pellegrini from the hot seat in the summer.

City already have started to plan their transfer to ease the workload on their new manager, scouting top talents and players all over Europe. Top players including Paul Pogba, Antoine Griezmann, Toni Kroos are linked with the club and the latest one to add to the list is Real Madrid left back Marcelo.

Marcelo - Ron
Marcelo – Real Madrid

The Brazilian is the vice-captain for Real Madrid whose status with the Blancos is nothing less than club Captain Sergio Ramos. Additionally, the Brazilian wingback is a fan favorite at the Santiago Bernabeu. Luring him from the Spanish capital will be an impossible task considering the player’s status at the club and his LOYALTY towards Real Madrid.

Marcelo is one of the most loyal players in the club currently, making the job very hard for the English side who hope they can convince the player. City used money as their best option in the past, but can they outsmart Real Madrid who are the richest club in the world is a big question. Also, the Brazilian just extended his contract with Real Madrid in the last summer which allow Real Madrid to have the player until 2020.

Marcelo’s release clause is around 120 million Euros which is said to be the minimum amount for the player if anyone wants him. Marcelo joined Real Madrid in 2007 from Fluminense as an 18-year-old teenager and now he is one of the best ever fullbacks to play for Real Madrid. Marcelo is just years away from being considered as a Legend of the club who is getting compared with fellow Brazilian and Real Madrid Legend Roberto Carlos.

Pep Guardiola will definitely sign world class players for his new team, but signing a player of Marcelo’s status is looking impossible. Also, the rivalry he has with Real Madrid as a Barcelona man may play a role in complicating the transfer.

Jose Mourinho to rival Chelsea for Antoine Griezmann once he took over the reigns at Manchester United according to reports. The French striker is one of the best in the business who was chased by Jose Mourinho when the Portuguese was with Chelsea. The former Real Madrid manager was fired by club owner Roman Abramovich for the poor season that Chelsea is enduring.

Jose Mourinho is one of the admirers of Antoine Griezmann who is one of the lethal forwards in Europe currently, playing his best football for the Spanish side Atletico Madrid. Mourinho tried to sign the forward for Chelsea, but failed in his attempts and it is expected that the French man will be one of the first players Jose Mourino will chase if he becomes the next Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho is the first option for Manchester United after Louis van Gaal and it is reported that it is only a matter of time for an official statement. All odds are favoring the Jose Mourinho to Manchester United rumors and the Portuguese may end up at the Old Trafford in the summer. United fans are already started about dreaming Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford who even had Jose Mourinho scarfs outside the Theatre of Dreams.

Manchester United have a very good reputation for winning titles which they failed to maintain in the last three season, failing to win anything as well failing to qualify for the Champions League under David Moyes. Louis van Gaal qualified for the UCL in his debut season with Manchester United but failed terribly in the group stages of the competition. United are currently playing the Europa League, but their situation is very weak.

The Red Devils are in need of a ‘WINNER’ to bring back their Glorious days and Jose Mourinho is the BEST man available. United failed to capture the former Real Madrid manager back in 2013 but are clearly in a strong position to get their man this time.

Atletico Madrid are chasing Juan Mata of Manchester United who may be used in United’s pursuit to sign Antoine Griemann who has a release clause of £60m.

Chelsea director Michael Emenelo watched Juventus star Paul Pogba in the Champions League game against Bayern Munich, keeping a closer look on the French superstar. Chelsea are long-term admirers of the former Manchester United youngster and it is expected that the Blues will pursue the player in the coming summer.

The defending English Premier League champions chased the French man throughout the last summer transfer window but failed to get any deal as Juventus were desperate to keep their most praised asset. Pogba is one of the most wanted stars in the transfer market and is aiming for a move to Spain.

Barcelona reportedly agreed on a pre-agreement with Juventus to sign the impressive center midfielder, but recent reports claim that the Blaugrana are out of the race as they think the player will be more expensive which the Catalan giants can’t handle.

Paul Pogba

Barcelona already have the world’s top three players in Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar Jr and senior players Andreas Iniesta, Dani Alves, Gerrard Pique, Jordi Albe all earn quite big which leaves Barcelona’s finance weaker if they sign another player like Paul Pogba who is demanding a sky-high wage.

Chelsea are in need to spend money after a disastrous season under Jose Mourinho who was sacked few months back. Chelsea are in talks to being Italian tactician Antonio Conte who is demanding his former player whom he coached at Juventus. Emenelo visited Italy to discuss a deal with Antonio Conte according to reports.

Along with Conte, Emenelo watched Paul Pogba closely and it is said that the Blues will go all way to sign the Juventus man. Chelsea are unlikely to finish inside the Top 4 in EPL this season, also the EPL club’s poor showing in the Champions League has raised questions about the UCL spots next season. Chelsea may not play Champions League or even the Europa League which will not encourage players like Paul Pogba.
